Phelonius, or Phel, is a magical fairy creature resembling a purple panda bear without markings. He has healing powers and taught Emily how to heal. He creates magic flowers called Phelowers.

Role[]
In Circles in the Stream, Phel first appeared spreading sparkling rainbow dandelions that later became known as Phelowers (Flora Rainbowpufficus). Ozzie had already knew him, but still got sat on by him. Phel was nearly killed when Kara turned him in to the city, and they thought he was a dangerous predator. But the three mages managed to save him. Because Phel planted so many Phelowers, when the spirit of Ravenswood died in Ghost Wolf, the Phelowers helped Ravenswood survive, along with Storm's spirit.
Bond[]
Phel bonded with Ozzie as his Paladin, but it was not known until the book series, simply because Ozzie did not ask.
Magic[]
Phelonius holds healing magic, and taught Emily her healing powers. (He "activated" her magic.)
Appearance[]
He appears to be a six foot tall purple panda bear, and is extremely fluffy, and very cute. His species is unknown.
